Follow one clean login sequence
Rushing often causes a beginner login error. Enter the correct account detail, stay on one network, wait for the current OTP and submit without moving back and forth between screens.
Check the value inserted by a password manager before submitting. An outdated saved password may remain after an app update or browser change.
OTP delivery and network signal
OTP timing depends partly on the mobile network. Weak signal or SMS filtering can delay delivery, while repeated requests may leave several messages visible even though only the newest code works.
Keep the SIM active and the phone connected while waiting; do not toggle airplane mode during the OTP request.

- Allow time for one OTP attempt to finish
- Enter only the latest OTP
- Do not ever share the code with support chats or strangers
Recover access without repeated guessing
After a few careful password attempts, stop guessing and use recovery. The process should verify account ownership without requiring a private code to be shared with another person.
Never post a login screenshot that exposes a phone number or account ID. Crop the image or cover those details before sharing it.
When the login form does not respond normally
Cached browser or app data and network switching can disrupt a login form. Reload once, clear only the relevant cache if needed and record the exact error and time when the problem repeats.
